Nozogo is an online home decor and lighting store based in Lombard, Illinois, just west of Chicago, selling a small, carefully chosen range to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Why We Started
Nozogo grew out of a frustration most people will recognise: you find a lamp or a mirror you like online, and then you cannot tell how big it is, what it is made from, or whether the cord is long enough to reach the outlet. The pieces that finish a room are exactly the ones sold with the least useful information. We wanted a store that answers those questions on the product page, builds delivery into the price, and does not make you argue your way through a return if something turns out not to suit the space.

What We Sell
We work in four categories. Lighting: table lamps, floor lamps, wall lights, lanterns, flameless candles, string lights, and a couple of decorative lamps. Mirrors: wall mirrors and full-length mirrors. Rugs: area rugs. Small furniture: side, end, and coffee tables, nightstands, and a stool. New items arrive a few at a time, and none of them is listed until it has been through the process described in the next section.

How We Select and Check Products
The first step for any product is a look at the supplier: how they make things, how they pack them, and how they respond when something goes wrong. If that holds up, we order one for ourselves. When the sample arrives, we measure it and compare the numbers with the specification sheet, and we check that the materials are what we were told they were. Lamps and anything else that plugs in or takes a battery are switched on and run through every setting to confirm they work as described. Only then do we write the listing, using our own measurements and observations rather than the supplier's wording. Products that do not hold up once customers start living with them are taken down.

Our Commitments to You
Accurate listings. Each product page states the dimensions, the materials, the power source where it applies, and a straightforward list of what is in the box.
Free tracked shipping. Shipping costs nothing to any of the five countries we serve. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days, transit generally takes 7–13 business days (8–16 business days in total), and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
30-day returns. You can send an item back within 30 days of delivery. We charge no restocking fees, and once a refund is approved it reaches your original payment method within 7 business days.
Secure payment. Established, encrypted payment providers handle every transaction. We never see or keep your card details.
Responsive support. Emails are answered by our own team within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday.
